Target Beauty Box: September edition

Advertisements

I have wanted to try a subscription box for a while now, but I cannot decide which one to get. As I was scrolling through my email, I noticed an email from Target talking about their monthly beauty box. I have not bought any beauty items in a while, so I figured I would go for it. Now, I realize that it is the end of the month, but I am just now getting around to the box . I still wanted to share what the box included.

1. Shea Moisture

This is a sample of Shea Moisture’s shampoo and smooth and tame blow out creme. It is the argan oil and almond milk edition. I am excited to try them! I already know that Shea Moisture is amazing. They make really great natural products. I have enjoyed the products that I have tried so far, so I am sure this will be great.

2. ORS Curls unleashed: Curl defining creme

This is a hair product that I have never heard of before. It is a curl defining creme for natural hair. I like it, because it is a product for black textured hair. I think that is great of Target to include it. Personally, I am excited to try it, because I roller set my hair every week. It would be helpful if there is a product that would help with holding my curls. I have tried other ones. Most of the time, it just leaves my hair feeling extra wet. Hopefully, this one will do the trick.

3. Curls: Leave in conditioner

I have tried so many leave in conditioners. I like them for the most part. They are pretty versatile. I do have to say that it is all about finding the right leave in one, because it can be a hit or miss. Like the curl defining stuff, it can leave your hair feeling extra wet.

4. St. Ives apricot scrub

I love St. Ives. I have one of the face moistures that I use after I wash my face. I always wash my face with the Aveeno face wash. When I first tried the St. Ives timeless skin collagen Elastin moisturizer, I knew it was going to be my new favorite thing. It truly is. I am happy to try another product from the St. Ives range.

5. Pretty Animalz by Look Beauty

If you know me, you probably know that I love face masks. When I saw this, I got super excited! This is a panda calming sheet mask that contains honey extract, lavender flower water, and camelia extract. It sounds like perfection! Lavender is known to be a very calming essential oil. I am going to save this for a stressful day. Plus, it is in the shape of a Panda. Honestly, it does not get better than that.

6. Palmer’s coco butter formula

This is described as the daily skin therapy that heals, softens, and relieves rough, dry skin for 24 hours Also, it contains vitamin E. This is the absolute best product. My Mom has bought this brand for my entire life and nothing gets you right like this. It has a pretty thick consistency, so I save it for the winter. I already know I love it.

7. ChapStick: total hydration 3 in 1 lip care

This is a new ChapStick. It is described as containing advanced 3 in 1 formula that moisurizes, renews, and transforms. It is blood orange flavored. It looks good. Fall is the perfect time for a good chapstick, so I am going to have to put it in my purse.

This little letter came with this box and it had tissue paper. It is so fancy. I think all of these small elements is why subscriptions are so interesting. I like surprises and trying new products. It is fascinating, because you never know what your going to get and love. It’s like a birthday present to yourself. I am on the hunt for the best subscription box that I can get every month. It makes the month just that more special. As a result, you start the month off right.

Thanks for reading! I hope you have a wonderful day!
