One of favorite things about J.Cole is how he addresses issues in his music. He is an amazing storyteller. It always feels like a conversation. I always love how revelant and timeless his music is and this song is no different. The lyrics and beat are incredible as always. The message in this song is to real.
S.O.T.L. (Silence of the Lambs) Ludacris, Lil Wayne
Another very relevant song for the current times from two artists who did in fact come to restore a little balance. Right now, this is one of my favorite songs to dance too. I love the rhythm of the beat. I really enjoy the flow. The lyrics are everything!… make sure you really listen to them.
When the party’s over Pentatonix
Y’all know I love a cover and especially a Pentatonix’s cover. First, this song is incredible! Thank you Billie Ellish for making this piece of gold. Secondly, Pentatonix’s did this song justice. The cover is so beautiful.
Time Flies Tori Kelly
If you have not heard her new ep Solitude, then you need to add it to your listen list because every song is incredible. This is the first song she released from the ep. It is a Tori classic. I love the guitar and the lyrics. I like how she sings the lyrics with the guitar. It matches so well. Just in case you want to hear it live, she threw it back to the old days and posted a YouTube cover on her channel.
Water Kehlani
This is another song that I love to dance too. The beat is so flowly and I like where the emphases are. Her voice is beautiful and I just love the overall vibe and feel.
Alguien Más Jesse y Joy
This is another single from their new album Aire. If you are into Hispanic music, you should give it a listen because they are incredible. I love the sound… the beat during the chorus and the breakdown in verse two are my favorites. Best of all, this song just makes me want to dance.
