Lately, I have been feeling the urge to not only check in on myself, but reevaluate a couple things. Over time, it is good to check in on yourself in a way where you reconsider your routines, health, ambitions, goals and what you are doing to reach them. As I begin to listen and adjust to myself, I figured there was someone out there that needed to do the same thing too. With the current times, I think we are all having to really redefine who we are, what we want, and what is important to us. In the coming weeks, I will be doing a lot of self exploration and I hope you will join me.
First up, we have emotions. The foundation for most things really. They move and guide us through our everyday life. Sometimes, they can either help us or send us into a spiraling anxiety attack… it really depends on the day. Nonetheless, we can’t and shouldn’t live without feeling something. Honestly, it would be pretty boring if we didn’t. Emotions influence so many things that you and I may never have even considered. Just like going to the gym or eating healthy, we have to take care of our emotions by listening, understanding, and accepting.
