In October, I had the opportunity to go home for a quick trip. Although I missed my Dad who was on vacation in Florida, it was nice getting to have a ladies’ night. Naturally, we had to bring back our fall tradition and carve some pumpkins!
This year it was dark and chilly outside, so we decided to carve pumpkins in the dining room. We set up our table, got Hocus Pocus on the IPad, and printed out our stencils. I did Stitch of course. Mom did the Marvel one. Kelsey did Transformers. They are all pictured below. Overall, we made really good timing. We were able to finish watching Hocus Pocus and some of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody Halloween special. Once completed, we put all of the pumpkins on the front porch with candles inside. After pictures, we blew them out. My Mom usually has battery operated candles, so she probably switched them out after she found them in the holiday storage boxes.
Thank you for checking out my post! I hope you had a great October and November so far. Let me know in the comments below if you did any fall crafts this year. It’s been a while since I have carved a pumpkin, and it was really nice and relaxing.
I hope you are having a great day. I will see you soon with something new!
