Hey, welcome back to my page. I wanted to share my next concert adventure with y’all. Last year, I had the opportunity to see Alicia Keys in Denver, Colorado with Russo. Truly, it was everything I could have expected and more. Let’s get into it!
To begin, I am a long time Alicia Keys listener. I grew up listening to her music and she has always been someone that I have looked up to musically. One of my favorite musical instruments is the piano and she is a savage on the keys. It is literally in her name. This was a concert I knew I could not miss. The show was at Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. I honestly love her so much that I got tickets to sit in the 100’s at the bottom of the section. They turned out to be great seats! They were center with the main stage, so it was a nice view.
The stages were incredible. There was a main stage and a smaller stage towards the back of the floor. The piano was stunning! You can see it pictured below. Overall, it was a great show. Her vocals and outfits were incredible! She sounded just like her records. She literally played every song I could want to hear. The band and other singers were amazing. Even the crowd was interactive and apart of the show, which always makes it even more fun. All in all, this was an experience I will never forget. Here are some photos I captured at the show.
Generally speaking, I have been trying to be more present in the moment especially at concerts and events. I am finding the balance of capturing content. Even though I do want to be in the present, I do still like to grab a couple of moments just for the memories. Next, I wanted to share a short video of one of her performances.
