Tanya Burr Cosmetics Advent Calendar
I had the pleasure of trying out Tanya’s advent calendar this year. May I say, the advent calendar is great! I loved all the products. Everything from the packaging to the colors are amazing. I wanted to share what was inside in the calendar with y’all.
I have not heard much about beauty advent calendars in the past. I remember seeing Tanya opening her calendar last year during vlogmas. I knew that I would have to get one this year. Of course when I heard she was doing another one, I bought it immediately. Here are the products that were included in Tanya’s 2017 advent calendar.
Day 1: Red Nail Polish
I know Tanya makes great nail polishes, so I was excited to see this one. I have already put on this color. It was just as amazing as I thought it would be. It dries quickly, so there are few smudges. It only took one coat, which is always a bonus.
Day 2: Red Lip Gloss
I wanted to go ahead and try this lip gloss and it is great. Considering it is winter, it did not dry out my lips. Also, it gives a perfect amount of color on the lips.
Day 3: Gold Shimmer Eyeliner
Day 4: Silver Nail Polish
I have to say that this product layers very well. I used Tanya’s red nail polish as a base coat. I decided to put the silver polish over it. It did amazing! It dried quickly. Surprisingly, the glitter did not get everywhere. It has lasted well with the red.
Day 5: Nude Lip Gloss
Day 6: Silver Shimmer Eyeliner
Honestly, I am really impressed with this product. At the last minute, I decided to put this over my black eyeliner before I headed out for a concert. It dried quickly and did not get everywhere. The applicator was easy to use. I was able to control it better than I thought. The glitter stayed on for the whole night.
Day 7: Silver Glitter
I have never tried a product like this before. After my success with the glitter liner, I am excited to try this and the black one.
Day 8: Tanya Burr Cosmetics Mirror
Day 9: Shimmer clear lip gloss
Similar to the red lip gloss, this shimmer clear lip gloss is great. I wore it by itself and it looked good. It was subtle with a just enough shimmer. Also, it layers really well over other lip sticks. When layering, you do not need that much of the product. A little will definitely go a long way.

I enjoyed having this advent calendar! I like the element of surprise. Also, I like getting to try many different products. Since they come in a mini size, they are travel friendly. All in all, it was a good investment. In addition to this advent calendar, I got the Target one. I wanted to show you guys what is in that calendar too, so that should be coming your way soon.
