Hey, welcome back to my page! I wanted to finish off the visuals for this year. It is hard to believe that we finished the last set of the year. Now, we are selling everything we can and getting ready for inventory in January. There were not a ton of changes for the floor-sets in November and December. I figured I could put them together in one post. Let’s go.
In November, we did not do a full floor-set. We mostly had a ton of promo changes as well as some adjustments to the window. American Eagle recently sent every store a new marketing kit. It was nice getting to have new and fresh marketing in-store. Black Friday is a huge deal in the retail industry, so it was about getting product out. Also, it was important for the store to be self-service, so guests could find what they needed. We made sure marketing was clear and visible. Below I included some pictures of me working on the window.
For December, we did a pre-spring floor-set earlier in the month. During this set, we were balancing holiday, clearance, and pre-spring product. We had a lot of ideas merging together. Luckily, it was not a big set. Rooms 2 and 3 mostly stayed the same for both women’s and men’s. Then, room 1 introduced the new pre-spring product. The windows do not change until after Christmas, so we did not have much to do there. Below I attached some photos of the adjustments we made.
