What a year. This was seriously one for the books. A year we will be reading about in history books. The universe has been speaking, so I spent a lot of time connecting and learning. If you are not tapped into yourself or the world, make that a goal for 2026. It is crucial that we remember this. Leaving this year, I feel more aligned and ready to move with purpose. I am curious for what comes next. Before we go, let’s look at some of the 2025 highlights.
- Did a photoshoot with Tynisa at the Denver Art Museum
- Went to Grand Junction with American Eagle to help onboard, merchandise, and do inventory.
- Saw Justin Timberlake at Ball Arena
- Did a Runway Workshop with JAM Productions and Wilhelmina Denver
- Went to Las Vegas with Jen and Nick
- Did a photoshoot with Kayla and Jen in Kayla’s studio. It was so fun!
- Mom and Kelsey came to visit me in Colorado for the week.
- I led the new store opening at American Eagle Cherry Creek Mall location. We moved from one side of the mall to the other.
- Got to do the NAMIWalks Colorado 2025. Afterwards, I met a new friend on the trail.
- Had a few night outs with Jen
- Went to a baseball game with Jen and Kellis
- Did a photoshoot with Kayla and Jen at the Denver Selfie Museum
- Went to Katie’s bachelorette weekend
- Booked a modeling job with Sierra Trading Post. I visited Cheyenne, WY for the first time.
- Went to West Virginia to check on my Grandparents
- Went to Denver Pride! I got to be in the Pride parade with American Eagle.
- Went to Las Vegas with Jen and Nick again!
- I decided to attempt growing something this year. I managed to grow a tomato plant! I started out with tomato, lettuce, and cilantro.
- Saw Bryson Tiller, Jhené Aiko, and Chris Brown at the Breezy Bowl XX
- Went to Katie’ wedding. It was beautiful!
- Saw Amanda Shires and Aly & AJ with Russo
- Went to Tennessee for some relaxation time.
- In TN, I did the Breast Cancer walk with Mom at the baseball stadium downtown.
- Mom and I carved pumpkins. Kelsey had to go back to school.
- Went to Rezz Rocks with Russo, his fiancé, and her friend. We got to see 3 of the openers.
- Went to see Armani White, Ying Yang Twins, Waka Flocka Flame, and T-Pain at Red Rocks. I got to see the 4th show he sold out at Red Rocks in one year.
- Went to see Ana Sky and Jesse McCartney at the Fillmore Auditorium
- Did 12 floor-sets at American Eagle.
- Was a store leader at American Eagle for majority of the year.
- Went to Nashville for Thanksgiving Day. It was great spending time with the family. Plus, Uncle Jeff came too! Mom, Kelsey, and I went to see Wicked: For Good.
- Went to West Virginia for Christmas and got to spend 3 days. Mom, Grandmom, Kelsey, and I went to see Avatar: Fire and Ash. Plus, I got to meet Jordan’s baby. She is so precious!!
- Went on a ton of walks with Sora.
Last year, I decided to come up with a word for the year. For 2025, the word was release. Honestly, I found a healthy way to start doing that. As I reflect back on my goals, I did not accomplish a lot of them. What a surprise, I am a human. I did make progress on all of them. I just wanted to check more things off my list. This year, I want to go back to simplicity. During this time of uncertainty, I want to use my previous goals as motivation of where I am trying to go. Here is what I’m thinking for 2026.
