1st Time in Delaware
After our trip to Atlanta, Kristen and I brainstormed where we could go next. In her hometown, they have an annual music festival. Five days after the Jonas Brothers concert, I was headed to Delaware. We flew down there, got our rental car, and headed to her best friend’s house where we stayed for the trip. We prepared for the Firefly Music Festival.
After we mapped out the lineup, we noticed that we had some extra time on the first day. We started our trip with some sight-seeing. In Delaware, they have no sales tax. As a Tennessee resident, where sales tax is 9.25%. It was a no brainer. We headed to their outdoor mall to do some damage. We had lunch at Chipotle and shopped until it started pouring. I was even able to get my Mom a couple of things. That night, we headed to Firefly day 1.
On Saturday morning, Kristen, Silas, and I went to the pumpkin patch. It was the best time! We went in a corn maze, apple picking, and had a photo shoot. Afterwards, Kristen and I got some pizza and headed to Firefly day 3. We saw Glass Animals and it was life-changing for sure!
