Going Live with Alina Baraz
When my sister sent me the text that Alina Baraz was going on tour, I went and got those tickets immediately. I had been really getting into her music over the course of 2021. It was the perfect way to end out the year.
The show was at one of my favorite venues Marathon Music Works in Nashville, TN. I have seen so many amazing performances there. This concert was no exception. The show was incredible!! I was even convinced to get some tour merch. I got a long sleeve shirt and I wear it all the time.
For her show, the opener was Rini. I had never heard of this artist before, which is always fun getting to see a new artist live. I enjoyed his vibe and style. His vocals and band sounded amazing. I love the personality that you could see throughout the show. It was a great performance. I put a little video below, so you can get a taste.
Then, Alina came out and killed the game! First, I liked the stage setup. The screen in the middle with the two pole dancers on the ends. Her dancers were incredible! With the visuals as well, you felt like you were in another world. Overall, an amazing performance. She sang all of the jams. The crowd was so hype. Her vocals were stunning.
