American Eagle Visuals: Let’s begin

Recently, I had the opportunity to become a merchandising team leader at American Eagle. I figured I would document my journey on here. I love having these moments to look back on. Plus, I thought it might be interesting to get some insight into what we do.
To begin, I wanted to share some background. The store I am at was in a rough place a year ago. My team and I have been working to get this store back on track. As a merchandising team, we started with catching up on shipment and getting the backroom organized. Now, we are at a place where we can focus more on the details. For today, I wanted to share some of my progress on making visual adjustments and doing floor-set. Here’s what I have done so far.
